U Provod is an independent web-based event discovery and notification service. It is not a separate event organiser, promoter, venue or ticketing business.

Event information

Event information may be collected or derived from publicly available third-party sources, organisers, venues, artists, promoters, ticketing providers, public feeds, submissions and other sources. Automated systems may be used to collect, organise, match and display it.

Event information can be incomplete, delayed, outdated or incorrect, and events can be changed, postponed or cancelled without U Provod being informed immediately. Dates, times, performers, venues, prices, ticket availability and other details are therefore not guaranteed.

Always verify important information with the organiser, venue or official ticket seller before purchasing tickets, travelling or making other arrangements.

Tickets and third parties

U Provod does not sell or issue tickets and does not normally process event payments. Links to ticket sellers, organisers, venues and other services lead to independent third parties. Any purchase or other transaction takes place under that third party's terms, policies and responsibility.

U Provod does not control third-party websites and does not guarantee their content, availability, security, prices, refund policies, privacy practices or services.

No affiliation implied

Artist, performer, venue, organiser, event and ticketing-provider names, trademarks, logos, photographs and other references may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on U Provod is for informational and identification purposes and does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

Notifications

Follow notifications are a best-effort convenience, not a guarantee. A notification may be delayed, filtered, misdirected or not delivered, and an event may be listed before a notification is sent. Do not rely on U Provod notifications as your only source of information about an event.

Availability

U Provod may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or contain errors because of maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages, data-source changes or circumstances outside the operator's reasonable control.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, U Provod is provided "as is" and "as available", without a guarantee that all event information or notifications will be complete, accurate, current or continuously available.
